Oral Cancer Screenings

According to the Oral Cancer Foundation, more than 34,000 Americans will be diagnosed with oral or pharyngeal cancer this year. Of those newly diagnosed individuals, only half will be alive in 5 years.

The good news is that most oral cancers can be cured if caught early. Sharon E. Schindler, DDS in Columbus, Ohio, helps guests know their risk of oral cancer by providing screenings during every regular exam. If you detect any symptoms in your mouth, gums, tongue, or lips, please call your dentist immediately.

You deserve to have a healthy smile. Ask Dr. Schindler how oral cancer screenings can help.
