Impression Appointment
- Upper & lower model impressions & pre-op bite registration
- Send model impressions to dental laboratory for artistic smile wax design
- Comprehensive photos
- Radiographs
Smile Preview Appointment
- Preview artistic smile wax design
- Review consent forms
- Review temporary & final post-op
- Schedule appointments
- Reservation fee or complete payment due (schedule determined)
Temporary Smile Appointment
- Contour teeth for final impressions (includes removal of old dentistry & laser gum recontouring if recommended)
- Placement of temporary smile
- Send final impressions to laboratory for final smile design fabrication
Final Smile Appointment
- Removal of temporary smile
- Placement of porcelain restorations
- Adjustment & initial polish of porcelain restorations
Post-Smile Appointment
- 30-90-day post-treatment examination
- Second polish of porcelain restorations including removal of any residual adhesive
- Adjust/check bite
- Seat occlusal guard/retainer (if recommended)
- Smile photos
